Job Summary

This is a professional services role in the analysis, design, and operation of quality assurance testing related to business procedures for complex processing operations, their transition to digital processing, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of systems testing activities
Develop test scripts and testing strategies
Identify and recommend business requirements, protocols, and controls
Evaluate system functionality
Maintain business systems to support continuous improvement

Requirements

A four (4) year combination of education, training, and/or progressively responsible professional experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or related field that demonstrates a thorough knowledge of systems improvement and quality assurance concepts and evaluate electronic system business processes.
