Residential Carpenter

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Carpenter to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for fulfilling daily home repair assignments related to our residential homeowner customer base.

### Key Responsibilities

* Review home job packets and work order requests with the Lead Technician
* Assemble home materials and parts as directed by the Lead Technician
* Load vans with all items for the homes that will be serviced for that day
* Complete all necessary home repair checklist items, including time on the roof, tall ladders, small crawl spaces, and attics
* Make notes throughout the maintenance visit of recommendations to the homeowner for repairs or additional maintenance issues
* Return all work areas to the condition of the home before the work began
* Complete a final walk-through of the home once the checklist is completed
* Complete the home report at the end of the day for both homes visited

### Requirements

* 4 years minimum experience in the construction industry
* Knowledge of Residential Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, and Drywall
* Great interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with high-end clientele
* Tech-savvy with the ability to process work orders using industry-relevant software (preferably Asana)
* Required to have a valid California Driver's License. Ability to drive to job sites is essential
