This role will involve conducting legal research and writing, as well as client contact and appearances before USCIS and EOIR Immigration Court.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
  • Prepare and submit high-quality legal documents and applications
  • Represent clients in USCIS and EOIR Immigration Court proceedings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar
  • At least one year of experience in immigration law
  • Strong legal writing and research skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
