Diesel Maintenance Specialist

The Diesel Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet operations. As a seasoned technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment, with a focus on preventative measures to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
- 5-7 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Strong understanding of diesel mechanics and engine systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
