This is an excellent opportunity to join the St. Olaf College Theater Department as a Production Usher and Front of House team member.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our theater productions by working at the Front of House. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patrons, checking them in, handing out programs, and assisting with finding their seats. Additionally, they will provide exceptional customer service and work closely with the House Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patrons and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage patron check-in process efficiently
  • Distribute programs to audience members
  • Aid patrons in locating their seats
  • Collaborate with the House Manager on production-related tasks
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary Range:

$25,000 - $35,000 per annum, depending on experience
