In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to fill a challenging role in Kenosha, United States. This position involves assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with communication disorders, utilizing expertise in speech, language, and cognitive-linguistic assessment techniques.
  • Create personalized treatment plans to enhance communication skills, focusing on individualized approaches.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, leveraging strengths in clinical decision-making.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Offer counseling and education to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-awareness.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • An active SLP license in the United States, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is highly valued but not mandatory.
