Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Travel BCBA to join our Atlanta region team. As a Travel BCBA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, effective, and individualized treatment to clients primarily via telehealth.
Responsibilities- Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
- Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
- Serve as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees.
- Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities, developing individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Inform clients of behavior plans and goals, monitor, track, and report on client progress, communicating frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress.
- Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff.
- Assist with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects while caseload is building.
- Train caregivers and staff on program implementation, including modeling, coaching, and delivering feedback.
- Attend and facilitate client and staff meetings, as needed.
- Make all reasonable attempts to ensure efficacious development of programs for our clients.
- Meet and maintain all Kyo directed performance metrics.
Kyo recognizes the critical role that effective mentorship plays in promoting staff retention and development. As a Travel BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, delivering quarterly performance reviews, and providing individualized mentorship to mentees.

- MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm.
- Must be located in Georgia.
- Willing and able to travel to assigned local region(s) in order to provide in-person services two days per month.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding operational skills.
The majority of the TBCBAs' work will be performed remotely. The TBCBA must adhere to the Telecommuting and Remote Work Policies, including maintaining a professional work environment, free from distractions, and upholding client confidentiality.
TBCBAs will be required to travel to their home region on a regular cadence as determined by their Regional Director.
While in their home region, work is performed in a parent's/caregiver's home, a school or community location, or in a center office and clinical environment.
Work may be stressful at times due to client behavior or a busy office/center environment with patients, where interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
