Job Title: Insurance Executive Lead - Auto Division
Location: Adriana's Insurance
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to join Adriana's Insurance as a highly experienced Sales Manager for our auto insurance division. As an Insurance Executive Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to train and mentor team members while driving the growth of our auto insurance products and cross-selling in other products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the auto insurance sector.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and insurance regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid insurance license (preferred, will be required within 30 days).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the auto insurance industry.
- A strong understanding of auto insurance products and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for lead generation.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
