Lead a Team of Caregivers

As a Float Pool LPN with Therapy Solutions, you will support our skilled nursing facilities in the Seattle, WA community. This is a unique opportunity to develop and maintain rapport with nursing staff, other department personnel, residents, family members, and all other individuals involved in resident's care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care
  • Supervise execution of the resident plan of care and participate in development of the plan of care
  • Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems
