Autism 360 is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build essential skills while having fun.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with reliable transportation and auto insurance. Previous experience in the field is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and certification programs for new employees. Our goal is to ensure all technicians excel in their roles and achieve national certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with families and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans, providing supportive and engaging therapy sessions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients in acquiring new skills and improving communication and socialization
* Recording behavior data and converting session notes into actionable insights
* Collaborating with BCBA supervisors and maintaining effective communication with team members
* Delivering high-quality one-on-one therapy services in 3-hour session blocks

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Reliable transportation and auto insurance
* Sound technical and computer skills
* Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and assume various postures for extended periods

Scheduling and Availability
Our schedules are designed to accommodate the needs of our clients and their families. Technicians are typically scheduled in 3-hour blocks between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We strive to provide consistent and sufficient hours for all team members.
