Sanitizing the Kitchen Environment

As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring all food prep and service areas are sanitary. This includes operating a dish washing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for emptying garbage and sweeping/mopping kitchen floors as needed. This role is ideal for those who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Assisting with Food Preparation

As a member of our kitchen team, you will assist with food preparation as needed, helping to ensure that our residents receive high-quality meals. This may include tasks such as setting up serving lines, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
