Phlebotomy Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Phlebotomy Instructor to teach part-time courses at Madison Area Technical College. As a key member of our faculty team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, advising students, and participating in college service activities.

• Instruct students in the Phlebotomy program, including courses such as Introduction to Phlebotomy and Phlebotomy Techniques.
• Develop and plan instructional strategies and alternative delivery methods, including hybrid, face-to-face, and online course delivery.
• Participate in in-service meetings, staff development training, and other requested activities or programs.
• Assist and advise students with problems related to assignments, tests, grades, course content, career concerns, and other academic matters.
• Maintain competencies as an instructor aligned with the Faculty Quality Assurance System.

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Two (2) years or 4,000 hours of related work experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
