Ganko Ittetsu Ramen is a renowned establishment that offers an authentic Japanese culinary experience. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills. This compensation package reflects the high standards we maintain in providing exceptional customer service and quality food products.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese culture and cuisine, with a minimum of 2 years of commercial kitchen experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Japanese dishes, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in every meal served.
