Responsibilities
  • Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
  • Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
  • Assist customers throughout the store with personalized, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to open communication.
  • Be professional in appearance and actions, adhering to our Core Values at all times.
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Formal retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
