Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a assigned group of accounts to deliver high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients.
- In partnership with the Production team, lead the renewal process, ensuring the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a timely manner.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
- A Producer's License (P&C).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
