Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Mansfield. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development, with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing timely and reliable financial information for statement production
  • Maintaining internal control compliance and ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes
  • Collaborating with Senior Accountants as needed to achieve business objectives
  • Contributing to special projects that drive business growth and improvement
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Excellent Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders
