Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join our team at Corporate Flight Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance reports, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FAA and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on large turbine-powered aircraft.
  • Airframe and Powerplant license required.
  • Formal aircraft maintenance training for large turbine-powered airplanes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
