Job Summary:

The Poultry Cutting Specialist will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and packing poultry to meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting, trimming, and packing poultry to meet production requirements
  • Using knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming tasks
  • Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing
  • Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing
  • Remove parts, such as skin, feathers, scales, or bones from carcass
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • No prior training, education, or experience required
  • Ability to pass a urine drug test
What We Offer:

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
