Senior Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Nurse to join our team at Christian Care Communities in Hopkinsville, KY.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits package.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

About You:

  • Degree in nursing (LPN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  • Proven experience working in senior care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
