About the Role

This Executive Assistant/Office Administrator position is a key member of our team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Managing the CEO's schedule and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts
  • Serving as the first point of contact for all parties entering the office
  • Managing company documents, including scanning, organizing, and filing
  • Providing administrative support for special projects and events

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, manage office equipment and supplies, and contribute to the overall success of our team.

What We Offer
