We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Executive to join our prestigious business management team.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in accounting and be eager to develop their expertise in financial management.

As an Accounting Executive, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping activities for multiple clients. Your tasks will include preparing financial statements, processing client payroll, managing cash, reviewing client ledgers, tracking income, approving accounts payable, recording investment account activity, creating journal entries, generating invoices, providing day-to-day client communication, and coordinating with the tax department to ensure clean and accurate books.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that tax deadlines are met timely, reviewing client mail, supervising one Assistant Account Executive, researching client requests, and performing other related duties as assigned.
