We are seeking a skilled physician to join our family medicine practice in the Iowa Great Lakes Region. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to establish your own practice and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and integrated healthcare system.
CompensationThe base salary for this position is $230,000 per year, with an additional $200,000 sign-on bonus. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to valuing our physicians and their contributions to our organization.

- We offer a 1:8 call-to-clinic ratio, ensuring that you have ample time to focus on your patients and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- You will have access to our electronic intensive care unit (EICU), allowing you to monitor and manage critical cases remotely.
- We prioritize flexibility and offer a four-day workweek, enabling you to enjoy more free time and pursue your personal interests.
