Job Title: Gameplay Programmer

We are seeking a skilled Gameplay Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing gameplay mechanics and systems for our flagship title, Fortnite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement gameplay mechanics and systems using C++ and Unreal Engine
  • Collaborate with technical designers to build, iterate, and optimize new gameplay features
  • Prototype and iterate on features, ensuring strong architectural and algorithmic decisions
  • Optimize and fix bugs in existing gameplay systems
  • Contribute ideas toward Fortnite Battle Royale's continued production and development
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a gameplay programmer, preferably working on AAA titles or live service games
  • Strong C++ skills and ability to code and architect gameplay mechanics and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
