Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at the Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

The Housekeeping Inspector is a vital role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and public areas, identifying any areas for improvement, and working with our housekeeping team to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic hotel setting.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Identify and report any maintenance deficiencies or issues requiring repair
• Work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure all issues are resolved promptly
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience with property management systems (PMS) an asset
