Bell Station Agent

As a Bell Station Agent at Marriott International, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless experiences for our valued patrons.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled hospitality professional. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to guests by greeting and escorting them to their rooms, handling luggage, and offering directions and transportation arrangements.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms in a timely and courteous manner.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated areas.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cab, shuttle bus, and limousine/sedan service.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior work experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $19.98 to $20.98 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
