Global Client Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned client director to lead our most esteemed clients in the Global Systems Integrator territory. As a key member of our team, you will oversee executive relationship management and lead virtual teams in supporting our largest existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to clients to drive new business opportunities.
- Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
- Develop and deploy worldwide resources to achieve financial targets.
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization.
- 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management.
- Experience achieving sales targets and leading virtual or matrixed teams.
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client.
