Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical-surgical unit at Della Infotech. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary staff to develop individualized plans of care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and manage a variety of medical and surgical conditions
Collaborate with hospitalists, rehab therapists, and social workers to develop patient care plans
Work closely with our nursing staff to prioritize patient-centered care and achieve high-quality outcomes
Requirements:
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
BCLS certification
Ability to work every other weekend
Willingness to float between units based on need

About Our Facility:
We are a Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across both campuses. Our facility is known for its teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration, and we prioritize high-quality patient-centered care. We serve as a resource for management of total joints, orthopedic/spine trauma, and fractures. Our nursing staff works closely with hospitalists, rehab therapists, and social workers to develop each patient's individualized plan of care. We use EPIC for charting and offer facility-paid parking.
