Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Picks and pulls orders from inventory with precision and accuracy
- Inspects staged product to ensure picks are accurate and meets quality standards
- Operates warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load/unload/transfer material and product
- Maintains accurate inventory records and prepares cycle counts
- Completes will calls and ensures timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries
- Wears proper PPE and uniform at all times during each shift
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse environment by following good housekeeping and safety procedures
- Assists customers and CSRs as needed
- 1+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force when moving heavy product
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- 1+ years of warehouse experience
- 1+ years of industrial forklift experience strongly preferred
- Typical workdays are Monday-Friday
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
