Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Specialist to join our team. As an Instrument Specialist, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining store owned gear and completing warranty repair work
  • Providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments
  • Interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements

To be successful as an Instrument Specialist, you will need:

  • A skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
