Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated COTA to work with our multidisciplinary team. As a COTA at First Connect, you will be responsible for assisting occupational therapists in the implementation of treatment plans for patients. This will include tasks such as setting up and cleaning equipment, preparing materials, and accompanying patients during therapy sessions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting or a related field and a valid state license. Additionally, they must have at least one year of experience working as a COTA.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patientsSet up and clean equipment, prepare materials, and accompany patients during therapy sessionsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
