About the Position

We are seeking skilled TIG welders for a position at one of our top clients in Tampa, Florida.

As a TIG welder, you will play a critical role in joining, fabricating, and repairing metal parts using advanced techniques.

Your responsibilities will include inspecting completed welds for structural soundness, interpreting blueprints and specifications, and ensuring compliance with all safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join and repair metal parts using TIG welding equipment
  • Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine appropriate welding process
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with TIG welding
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary certificate preferred
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The working conditions are on the manufacturing plant floor. You will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $18.00-$21.00 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 8 paid holidays, and paid vacation time.
