Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a Dishroom Attendant to join our team of culinary professionals at Shodair.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be open-minded to new ideas and procedures, and be team-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Service:

• Prepare hot and cold beverages for Shodair staff and guests
• Review menus and special diets

Cleaning and Sanitation:

• Follow all proper cleaning procedures
• Remove any and all expired food items from fridge and freezer

Team Support:

• Assist in serving meals on the units
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

ServSafe certification and local health department certification preferred.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
