Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Foot And Ankle Specialists. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

About the Role
  • You will greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient schedules, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Process payments, handle billing, and resolve any issues related to patient accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics, medical history, and insurance information.
  • Order supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
  3. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  4. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software is a plus.
