Millwright Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright / Pipe Foreman to join our team at IMI Industrial Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff engaged in laying out, fabricating, aligning, joining, installing, repairing, and welding materials.

• Provide leadership and quality assurance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist workers in their performance of assigned duties and inspect the quality of all work.
• Analyze and resolve work-related problems, and maintain accurate records of production and time.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment according to construction plans and blueprints.
• Assemble and install equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps.

• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• NCCER or AWS certification or completion of a related program through an accredited technical school is preferred.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with regular exposure to heavy machinery and equipment. You must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.
