At Verite Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Proposal Strategist to join our team in Dulles, VA.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals and/or marketing, with a strong track record of delivering winning proposals and developing targeted marketing efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to drive business growth and lead proposal development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  2. Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop compelling value propositions.
  4. Analyze solicitations and determine final document structure, identifying opportunities to enhance proposal content.
  5. Maintain and update organizational online presence and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, or Business).
  • Current TS/Top Secret Security Clearance or eligibility for clearance.
  • Strong organizational management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
