Human Resources Generalist with Compensation Expertise

Wilson Albers, an Alera Group Company, seeks a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resource department, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring their timely completion and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a strong focus on client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using technology to drive business objectives. You should also possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, think creatively when faced with challenges, and prioritize tasks effectively.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who can maintain multiple projects simultaneously, utilize various software applications, including Excel, Word, Adobe, and HRIS systems, and ensure seamless execution of daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Human Resource leads to guarantee accurate and timely completion of administrative functions.
  • Communicate, plan, and prioritize tasks to execute daily responsibilities efficiently.
  • Utilize multiple technologies to execute projects and track information effectively.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients and co-workers to achieve business success.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in Administrative and/or Human Resources roles.
  • Proven experience working with customers/clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite systems.
