Job Title: Barista

Reports To: Store Manager and/or General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

At Donut Holdings, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at LaMar's Donuts. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and donuts
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front area and display counters
  • Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
