Footwear Sales Associate Customer Service

Overview
We are seeking a Footwear Sales Associate Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our footwear products to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail sales or customer-focused experience and possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
- Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
