Overview

BODYROK East Bay, North Bay & Peninsula seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for instructors who share our passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching high-intensity Pilates classes on custom-built reformers, providing outstanding hospitality, and representing the BODYROK brand.

Responsibilities
  • Teach high-energy Pilates classes using the BODYROK method
  • Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for clients
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to modify exercises as needed
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 BODYROK sculpt classes attended before training
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least two days per week
  • Prior experience in group fitness instruction, preferably in Pilates or related fields
