Global Director of EHS

Adecco is partnering with an international mid-market company to fill a leadership role for a professional with a passion for driving EHS initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the global EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Lead a global team to foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS programs into the broader business strategy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on EHS metrics and trends to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in EHS leadership, preferably in an international, multi-site environment.
  • Proven success in implementing global EHS programs and policies.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards across different regions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

This is a day-shift position, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for travel to various international sites.
