Mechanic Specialist

At DXP Enterprises, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our customers. As a Mechanic Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team's success by performing repairs, fabrications, installations, and removals of various industrial equipment.

• Repair and maintain centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps, as well as other related rotating equipment in-house or in the field
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• High school diploma or equivalent required; skilled trade certificate preferred
• Some experience working with rotating equipment necessary
• Pump knowledge preferred
• Background check, physical, and drug test required
• Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines

This is an indoor/outdoor position that requires regular travel to customer locations. The ideal candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds assisted.
