Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a full-time Associate, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, as well as short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work independently but have the support of a large network of colleagues and resources. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
