Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery, storage, and merchandising of Gulf Distributing Company products in assigned accounts. This role requires safe truck operation and the return of all money, unsold product, and empties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and store products in assigned accounts
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Return all money, unsold product, and empties
  • Count and verify product loads
  • Sign load-out and load-in sheets
  • Make deliveries according to established routes
  • Merchandise products according to company guidelines
  • Build and sign displays as directed
  • Collect and process payments
  • Handle empties and unsold product safely
  • Attend safety and driver meetings
  • Maintain accurate DOT logs
  • Obey traffic laws and maintain a positive image for the company

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL
  • Ability to lift and move products
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
