Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Examiner to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

The successful candidate will review electronic medical records and conduct in-person physical exams for each Veteran, documenting findings using a web portal.

This role involves performing Disability Assessments daily with a set schedule, focusing on Mondays and Thursdays from 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.
  • Hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Be proficient in computer use.
Requirements:
  • A valid, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license.
  • Meet the credentialing requirements set by the VA.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 annually, including health insurance options and ongoing training and support.

You will be provided with a computer and have a regular schedule with a typical day consisting of 3-5 patients.

This is an in-person position with a regular schedule, meeting the needs of our clients.
