Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Professional to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day servicing for respective teams and clients, including performing account-specific tasks and resolving client inquiries and complaints.
- Work directly with clients in all areas of deposit and credit operations, including new accounts, wires, transfers, and account activity.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and all areas of the bank, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to clients.
- Perform follow-up with clients to ensure completion and satisfaction, and introduce clients to appropriate areas within the bank.
- Ensure early identification and proper escalation of potential risk to the appropriate level of authority.
- Use knowledge of bank products and services to evaluate new opportunities for growth in relationships and recommend beneficial solutions to clients and prospects.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience with bank products and services.
- Knowledge of bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of bank products and services.
- Solid knowledge of all phases of operations.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
