As a Geriatric Care Associate at Sinceri Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  2. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  3. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  4. Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices
  5. Collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
  2. Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting
  3. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  4. Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
