About the Role

We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting part-time opportunity, requiring flexibility to work weekends and evenings, including Fridays and Saturdays. Our commission pay structure offers a guaranteed minimum, eliminating the need for a draw.

Sales Associates are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless checkout processes, and fostering positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating seamless sales processes, ensuring accurate transactions, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Becoming a product expert, utilizing effective communication techniques to engage customers, and driving sales objectives.
  • Managing challenging situations, building rapport with customers, and fostering loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Participating in daily financial transactions, processing payments, and validating customer accounts.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • You should have a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale Systems.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to succeed are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to engage with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is mandatory.
  • Passing a criminal background check is a requirement for this position.
Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)
