Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader in an acute inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and leadership, with the ability to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, ensuring high-quality outcomes and safe patient environments
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account patient preferences, needs, and goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
  • Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient setting
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
