Dialysis Nurse

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in planning, organizing, and implementing patient care for patients receiving inpatient dialysis. Your expertise will be valued as you work collaboratively with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and delegate patient care activities
* Provide direct nursing care to patients
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
* Current BLS and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
* Demonstrates competency in basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
* Prior experience in acute dialysis preferred
* Demonstrates high level of personal and professional accountability and responsibility
* Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills
* Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate patient care activities with the interdisciplinary team
