Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and leadership, with a proven track record of implementing effective quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve quality objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in quality management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 and FAA Regulations
  • DER certification required
  • Competitive salary: $150K - $175K (DOE) + bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package
